780i BIOS update via flash drive possible?

I have been thinking lately that I should update my BIOS on my board, and they only give two ways to do this on the eVGA site, floppy and CD. I do not have a floppy drive, and I am all out of blank CDs at the moment, so I was wondering if I could do this by flash drive.

We flash junky Intel boards all day at work with bootable flash drives, so that is what has me thinking. Anyone know if this is possible?
