Are you kidding? There is support for the disabled in Linux and quite good support too. It seems to me that you just didn’t bother to find out about it.
On one of the hardest Linux implementations of all, Linux from Scratch, I know of a blind person, using Linux, who was a regular on the mailing lists. For all I know they are still on there.
Linux has support for voice, Braille, sticky keys and everything else that both Mac and windows offer. I let a lot of things
