I wouldn’t say that “anybody can use” it just yet, especially those who have spent years learning Windows (esp. people who are non-literate in computers). I have tried installing it for several older people and the software they need no longer works (proprietary specialist software), and for them re-learning how to use a computer is not as easy as it is for someone who is tech-savvy.
